The mornings were getting tougher to get up, 8am was arriving way too soon. Jeff & I did our usual routine, got dressed & went down to the breakfast room & start out with a cappuccino. Nancy & John were always the first ones there.

October 8: This was our last day with our Italian host family and we laid didn't leave the house until 10:30am (so yes, a late start!). We met a friend for a caffe' (coffee) for lunch and then walked the town of Fabriano. We were treated to a special behind-the-scenes of a beautiful theater. This was right out of the movie Amadeus. Very limited (but beautiful) plush red velvet seat on the floor however the "cool" factor here ...
We didn't have a cooking class today, instead we were headed out for a day of touring. First stop would be Assisi, followed by going to the town of Montefalco for some wine tasting & lastly headed to an olive oil mill.
