... of busy. The internet speed wasn’t much faster but the price was much better and we thank you Fronte Del Porto. We finished the evening again in the Silk Den Lounge watching our departure from port. At 8:15 PM we sat down with our four assigned new friends and enjoyed another excellent dinner. ... out! Gosh I love that fantasmic music, it makes me tear up every time I hear it! Then all the waiters came out with the new colorful vests (replacing their black and white ones), and I just loved it! After dinner we went to play "how well do you know your family?"- and surprisingly we all got picked to play, Kurt and me on a team, and mark and karl. We did fairly well, but in the end we lost. We didn't have much time to get to the other places of interest and Mardi and Bill will be returning to Rome at the end of the cruise so we decided to have lunch instead and head back to the train. We found a nice little restaurant right opposite the colosseum so we probably paid a premium but we didn't care. The beer was good, the pasta was better and the free wifi let me post the blog.

My first introduction to the Spanish Steps was simply, 'have you heard of the Spanish steps? They are just a bunch of marble steps.' So the second time I saw these same steps, we came we saw and we swiftly proceeded to the nearby Gucci store to burn some cash.
With specially wrapped Gucci gift in hand we proceeded south towards the Trevi Fountain & the Pantheon.
