The big man with the little dog was ordering coffee for us, no one spoke english, didn't know what was going on really, but espressos turned up, big man was still talking to us. We tried to order a coffee for this guy but he wouldn't. He left when we got our coffee. So coffee and a pizza slice thing. I think we had two espressos. So we were told about this winery/B&B called Casa Al Vento by someone we met the previous day. Located in Gaiole in Chianti, we were looking for somewhere to take cooking classes, so we made a reservation and headed to Gaiole in Chianti for our 4:30 rendezvous with the chef.
