Day 51. New Hampshire Today we journeyed across White Mountain - but not before we did a ten mile loop to bring us back to the beginning. We learnt how maple syrup is produced and even saw some maple farms. Apart for the magnificent drive and scenery, the highlight of the day was a stunning two mile walk through Flume Gorge. ... though, bought me a new $30 pizza pan that will fit in our small convection microwave, a blueberry sour cream scone mix, and non-melting sugar to decorate brownies, etc. P.S. If you want to sell product, demonstrate making a gingerbread cake with ginger chips and offer samples with lemon curd. The bus was LOTS heavier headed back! King Arthur Flour is really fine stuff!
