    Thanks to the good people at North End Harley we were back up and running around noon. Phil and I headed straight to the ferry and crossed Lake Champlain to Vermont. There is still a lot of snow in the countryside completely surrounding the houses and on the roofs. Just like in the postcards. We also needed a restroom stop and Rosie happened to find this little diner called Scoops (a name that will become obvious in a minute). As ...

    To hold ever before me my unpretentious cooperative nature and moment-by-moment awareness as the day unfolds;

    To be open, aflame and alive;

    To approach the night feeling that I was flexible and adaptable in my thinking and actions, open to possibilities and options.

    This is how I desire to live my ...
