... perfect clear day for viewing all the peaks.

We had a little time to walk the town of Zermatt before our train left for the viewing. We had no idea how many different companies made watches. We know of some of the most popular, but there had to of been another 30 different watch makers. They were all beautiful. I think I want to ask for a Rolex for Christmas. Eldon even found a watch he thought he'd like if he were so inclined to buy ...

The Contiki'ers we talked to generally assumed we were on one of the buses, and seemed amazed when they found out we had planned our own trip and were doing our own thing. We were concerned, because when we first got to Lauterbrunnen, it was raining and the visibility was very low. We found out that one of ...

Ah France, cultured, sophisticated, beautiful people. WRONG!!! 10:00am So today hasn't been a good start to the day. Shannon's alarm didn't go off this morning, so at 7:05am I rushed up to his room to wake him up. Ten minutes later we were out the door, hurrying toward Gare de Paris Bercy, or Bercy train station. Our train was to leave at 7:38am and that it did. From watching the back end of the train pull away, and breathing heavily from running, I took note that it was an ugly train, ...
