On our own again - to Karlovy Vary!
... Tired but were glad we dragged ourselves up the hill and then an elevator to a great little restaurant overlooking KV. More meat (what else??) pork tenderloin so yummy and R tried Lamb Knuckle - not as big as his pork knuckles LOL and equally as yummy. Even went for the homemade apple strudel! Funny singer - the only English songs he knew was Frank Sinatra and asked if we wanted it - NO!! thanks tho' - Czech ...
Pár zásad na úvod aneb Jak (se) přežít..
... bělostný písek, azurovou hladinu a žraloky obrovské v hlubinách pod ní. Těšíme se i na vítr ve vlasech na motorce po ostrovních "silnicích" (kolik biků si asi letos vyslouží Ráďovu proslulou úpravu "frontálního pole"...?), no a zakřepčíme si i za úplňku na pláži...
Sice starší, ale zase se těšíme jako malí... Aspoň tedy někteří z nás ...

Then we are going to cross the Mekong River to Laos to "fly the jungle" the way apes do (no big deal to pretend for (some of) us ;o) and luckily enough we might be able to listen to some real gibbons singing us goodnight while we will be falling asleep in our treetop house. Day 10 - Karlovy Vary the old spa town
... I didn't have my Ryan with me (not that we make out in front of people on buses). At about 11:30 we arrived in Karlovy Vary, although there was no snow as it was in a bit of a dip, surrounded by hills. It was a little sad as I was waiting eagerly to touch the snow finally!... But it didn't happen. Everyone then got off the tour bus and we started our walking tour bit. We went by hotel Pupp, where part of the James Bond movie 'Casino Royale' was filmed. ...
