    ... are unbelievable. All from scratch. Real butter, real cream, and so much better than the baked goods at home. Diet time when we get back lol. The fountains are all sealed up for winter to protect them, but are still running now. The local candy is the gold foil covered Lindt chocolate and there is a statue of a man standing on a giant chocolate. Outside the shops there are wrought iron signs signifying what the shops are, they are very old ...

    Went for a walk down through the town for late brekky/lunch. Come back to hotel about 1300 and started to pack suit cases and get things organized for our journey up to visit Ricarda in Greifswald. Had a afternoon nap. Went down to bar at 1800 and caught up with Narelle n Gerrard from Darwin. Had tea with them in hotel and went back to their room until midnight. Great night ...

    Had breakfast at the little cafe down by the train station and caught up with Cheryl from Brisbane. Off into Munich and Oktoberfest again to see it sober and look for lost n found for Go Pro n camera gear. No luck but there must have been at least 20,000 people there you could hardly move. No luck with lost n found and made a police report for insurance claim. Went back to train station and found a nice quiet pub for a snack and a few beers. Caught train back about ...

    ... Innsbruck. Innsbruck is a very picturesque small town set in the Austrian Alps...so so beautiful. We actually stayed about 15 minutes out in a ski village called igls ...this little village is perfect and you can visualise what it would be like in winter with the mountains all covered in snow..our hotel was also perfect everyone loved this stay over and were disappointed it was only for one night but tomorrow we are off to ...

    ... chillier then the high 60s in Innsbruck. After lunch we went up to the top and Matt and me did a short hike to the peak of the mountain. It was so pretty but we were both freezing so we didn't stay up to long. After the mountain Matt and me went and walked around old town. It was a very historic area, with lots of shops and cafés.
