... speaks very little English, unfortunately we don't speak Japanese... We receive all kind of vouchers for dinner, breakfast, onsen elsewhere as well as information in Japanese. To the best of her abilities she explains that there is only wifi in the lounge. When we are about to go to our room an older staff member informs us that we do have wifi in the room after all.
