We stopped at 7-11 for lunch. There are 7-11s everywhere in this country but they actually contain okay food. I did take my high altitude pills just as a precaution but how I am feeling is something that I will monitor extremely closely when I get to Nepal as I will be over 5000 metres at some points. After we finished our descent of the mountain, which took much longer than I expected it too, we were all exhausted. We went and had a quick breakfast and then wandered around the tourist shops for a few minutes before sitting down on the sidewalk to wait for our bus.
