... it. They used a lot of the original materials from the old church including lots of black brick. On the inside you can see the original half melted cross. It was not re sanctified as a church until 2005. The town itself contained many beautiful buildings but it seemed very quiet and dull for a town of its size.

After lunch it was back on the coach and off to Prague. 3 hours and a philosophical debate about free will later and we arrived ...

It's not that we didn't like Stuttgart but the allure of Prague was too much....up at 615am, packed, checked out and gone by 730 am.

Prague is also known for its quirky art scene. Two of its most famous artists are the essentialist writer, Franz Kafka, and the Art Nuevo ...

Next we saw the Old New Synagogue, which is said to house the infamous Golem. The story here is, Rabbi Lo used a piece of Holy Scripture to animate a giant anthropomorphic pile of clay. The Golem had the strength of ten men, and would help with ...

... a couple of bucket list items in Prague. I've always wanted to jump into a taxi and say "follow that cab!" Craig and Chris took off in the front taxi and Andy and I were trying to explain where we were going. Finally I just said follow that cab and he took off. We weaved through the streets and arrived at the church. The cab drivers were great. They stopped the metres woe we were loading and unloading the cabs. We loaded all the uniforms into the church and hung them in one of the ...
