Walked home in the rain - perfect ending to a great holiday. .....and then the phone call from Rich's lawyer....the counter offer from That ******* company absolutely the most ridiculous thing we've ever heard - even their lawyer in Vancouver says "take it to court - we'll likely be given MORE than we've asked" because of this stoopid offer of theirs and their continued ill treatment...sigh...reality hits us in the face but it's all ...
On our own again - to Karlovy Vary!
... Tired but were glad we dragged ourselves up the hill and then an elevator to a great little restaurant overlooking KV. More meat (what else??) pork tenderloin so yummy and R tried Lamb Knuckle - not as big as his pork knuckles LOL and equally as yummy. Even went for the homemade apple strudel! Funny singer - the only English songs he knew was Frank Sinatra and asked if we wanted it - NO!! thanks tho' - Czech ...

... some relaxation on the white-sand beaches, swimming and diving in clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand, encountering some whale sharks and sea turtles in the blue depths, enjoying the wind in our hair (OK, in my hair) while hitting "roads" on a motorbike and Full-Moon partying on the beach...
Having successfully survived all this, we might eventually come back home and live happily ever ...
Day 10 - Karlovy Vary the old spa town
... of the only English speaking pairs about. The tour started and we realized it was an English and Spanish tour... The tour guide could speak clearly in Czech, English and Spanish! It was pretty impressive. It was about a 2 hour journey to Karlovy Vary and along the way I again saw snow on the sides of the road!
