Today we went to Matusiro ES. It shares some of its space with the Samurai house that I went to on July 1. This school was very organized and excited for our visit.
The school was rebuilt 2 years ago. The city spent lots of money on it we were told. You could tell by the beautiful wood building material. It also had existed as a school for I think they said 150 years. What a history.

We started out playing in PE! We did some tumbling and played Japanese dodge ball. The rules here are a little different and I like them. Here you can start with 3 defenders on the outside, the defender surround the other team on their end of the court and can get people out. Today was the worse school visit so far. The principal is all about learning about other cultures but we were worked hard. We never received a break or offer of water. I don't mind speaking
about my school over and over again. It's what I'm here for and I
teach the same thing 6 times a day. However and chance to pee or drink
water would be nice.
Today we went to a Sanyo Junior High school. It was different kind of school day. First off they put a first year teacher in charge of us. That was not fair to her or us. Things were very unorganized. They expected us to know where to go from room to room without a map or schedule in front of us. Luckily the we had an ALT today. Mr. D.
