That which doesnt Kiel you...
Left kolding by train this morning and came into Kiel about 2:30. I'm not sure whether to head East into Berlin and perhaps see about crashing at Suzi's place and having a local guide or heading West to the Netherlands because it will be a more direct circcirciut, **** this ******* site, it doesnt work worth a **** and im tired of dealing with it, want to know where i am, check my facebook.

Summer Retreat!
... the pier we are suddendly invited to join a cruise out to the lighthouse ... great as we weren't sure what else we would do in this now sleepy village.
Equally exciting trying to find dinner, stumbled on a tiny local "pub" and had a terrific meal, but no conversation as the locals north don't seem to speak English, our limited German at least got us a meal and drinks :)

Ich packe meinen Koffer
... am Mittwoch auch noch in mein Lieblingsrestaurant essen. Ich habe so die Befürchtung, dass ich mit meinem nächsten Chef nicht so viel Glück haben werde...
So, die Kisten packen sich nicht von selber, daher gehts jetzt direkt weiter.

In 80 Tagen (gehts) um die Welt!
... erstes Ziel. Dort werde ich 5 Nächte bleiben und mir die Metropole anschauen. Am 20.11. geht es dann weiter nach Christchurch auf die südliche Insel von Neuseeland. Ich habe dann bis April Zeit mir die beiden Inseln anzuschauen, Mittelerde zu erkunden und vielleicht auch ein paar Kiwis für euch zu verpacken. Danach geht es dann direkt weiter nach Cairns in Australien. In Down Under werde ich 6 ...
A Lovely Penultimate sail
... and also, they have a good Greek restaurant in the harbour, one that has lashings of retsina, which I think I’ve mentioned before, we are partial to. So that was to come but firstly, we thought we’d go for a walk as the harbourmaster had disappeared so we reckoned it unlikely that the 50 metre boat would be coming.
The land hereabouts is very low lying, reminiscent of Norfolk and Essex again, with dykes and sedges and cattle ...
