... over to take a look at it. It was
information about dolphins! I looked out into the sea and sure enough I could
immediately see fins coming out and going back into the water. I sat back on a
different cement block for a few minutes and literally every few seconds I saw
a fin. It was incredible! I was hoping to see one actually jump out so I could see
it’s body but that never happened, ha!

... It was such a short ride, but it felt very long when we walked :-)

Back on the ship around 2.Showered and cleaned. Had hamburgers for lunch. Our ship weighed anchor at 4:30. I got out on the balcony and watched Rangiroa as our ship sailed away - somehow I had not done this before.

We had dinner at the French specialty restaurant Jaques at 8pm. Again, stuffed myself. Continued packing after dinner. Tomorrow will be our last port call, Raiatea.

... in South Fakarava. It was basically at a couples home. It was such a beautiful cozy setting. We had parrot fish, mother of pearl muscle ( which is what they use to produce the beautiful black pearls), lobster etc. Awesome! The funny thing about this place was that by the dining room table we notice ski poles hanging for decoration. The wife used to be a ski instructor in the French Alps! Ha

... overnight cruise, we arrive at the island of Rangiroa. We are greeted by a friendly pod of dolphins which were jumping and hitching a ride on the bulbous bow of the boat! On a couple of our dives here we have been visited by these playful dolphins which is such a treat to experience! Oh yea and sharks sharks and more sharks! Ha OTHER FUN AND INTERESTING ACTIVITIES I'm brushing up on my algebra skills with Alex. She asks me a question and to be honest it is a total foreign language ...
