      ... recipe book. Back to work for another hour before... You guessed it! Ocha time! More work then dinner, same sorta deal as lunch but more food.       ... crow castle' for its unusual black facade was very aesthetically pleasing. The same can be said for the gardens which has big wide open spaces and all the features of a traditional Japanese garden. After visiting Okayama, I headed on to Hiroshima on the slowest bullet train ever( nearly 2 hours for a 40 minute journey because of 20 minute stops at every station on the way!)       Yes, nattou ice cream. Maybe you've heard of nattou before? It's fermented beans, very popular with a raw egg. I'm not a fan of it, but the first time I tried it, I excepted it to taste worse. Tonight we had nattou icecream which is basically any flavor of ice cream with a bit of nattou. Then mix well and you're done! It's actually nice as the beans have a special texture and the 'fermented/not very nice' taste is actually not present at all ...

      Today was a nice day. After cutting peaches in the morning, I went to the market.
