My spirit was completely lifted when the staff at the brewery asked if i wanted to try some sake. She didn't have to ask me twice. I ignored Bons glare of disapproval and the time as i believe it was only 10 am which didnt seem that bad considering i had a beer at 6 am in Tsukiji. We've spent one night in Matsumoto, at a nice little hostel that gave us bikes for free! So we explored Matsumoto, which is not very big and very "bike-friendly", and visited Matsumoto Castle.
