The breakfast buffet was Japanese and Western and offered a large variety of items. It was served in a large hall overlooking the garden. We took the hotel shuttle to the center of Kusatsu and were dropped off at the bus station. After a short walk we arrived at the square where the Yubatake or the hot water field is. We are almost invisible to the monkeys, as they are not bothered at all by people. You can get up very close to them and they will even come and sit next to you.
Only a few decide to go and sit in the hot water, as the outside temperature is quite warm. It is so ...
