      ... yet they still have February and March to get through. The forecast for the alps today was rain so it turned out to be a perfect day to leave after a bluebird day on our final day.       ... to Tokyo is Mt Takao (Takao-san), which is a 90 minute train ride from my place. After every train station more and more hikers entered the train, all in full alpine outfit.       ... on the mountain's roads in the dark is not where I feel more secured. I couldn't drive there by myself even if I had my license.
