    ... making kits and accessories for the girls then we split up so Anna can explore on her own. Lily and Amy continue their shared travels over some super creamy ice creams and through more charming stores.

    The 100 Yen store loads up our souvenir bin with more goodies including erasers for Lily.
    We all meet up at the McDonalds and snap some classic photos at the top of the street then walk back for Italian lunch. Once more, ordering plain spaghetti ...

    ... and then took a walk to Tokyo Dome. Andreas wanted to check out the entrance fees to the amusement park there. With that done, we went for sushi, into the "exciting" book store for a peek (yes, their sign was accually labled "the exciting bookstore") and then, home. Goodnight for now.     ... where we grabbed lunch. We found bread! I was keen to try a selection of things, one of them I'm still unsure what it was - a mince stir fry within a donut, with a dumpling style pastry encasing it all. Very odd! When we arrived at Mt Fuji, and bumped into a few guys from the hostel I briefly spoke to on the first night, we had a bit of time to spare.     ... yet they still have February and March to get through. The forecast for the alps today was rain so it turned out to be a perfect day to leave after a bluebird day on our final day. Managed to get some great footage on the Gopro but I'll save that for the home video. The video footage on the blog site is from my iPhone.     ... enough to have the classic siting of the kamoshika on a knoll staring at us. As it was getting warmer, no time was wasted getting out of the steep areas. Finally, we did a variety of skiing skinned and unskinned, and survived the "luge run" a skinny slightly icy track out to the road where taxi pick up is common. And now a word or two about the Kamoshika or Japanese Serow. They are the national symbol of Japan and are preserved. They were being threatened but now ...
