Day 8: Shirakawa-go - Koemon Farmhouse

Day 7: Rainy Day in Old Town

Day 6: Takayama - Old Town and Bike Tour
... not seen Hida beef, they pretty much look like Kobe beef which is nothing like the red meat we are use to eating in North America. Basically the wagyu has a much higher fat content and when raw, the colour is a good split between red and white depending on the grade. Every piece of my steak melted in my mouth.
