    Day two in Kinoskai started in much the same way as the first had finished - an elaborate meal, served to us in our room. Breakfast consisted of a piece of salmon, a soft boiled egg, some Japanese style fish cakes, some aubergine, tofu, rice and bizarrely two slices of brightly coloured Swiss roll!     ... nice. There was a few bits I didn't eat but we had a hot soup still heated by a candle so I put my sushi in that and it cooked it perfectly. Noel ate a raw prawn, not sure if you can do that but I'm sure we will find out tomorrow. The crab is massive like the ones in the aquarium yesterday. You get a stick and have to pull the meat out.
