... wine instead of sake. Tasted a bit ordinary at first sip, but the more you had the better it got! The hotel is a bit like an O'Reillys at Lamington National Park with meals included. They also provide local products and traditional teas and goods in your room, similar to what happens in Vietnam. ... Walked down to Shibu onsen. People walking from bath to bath wearing Yukata and Japanese shoes. Finally made it back to the ryokan. Put on our Yukata and shoes and walked to a nearby onsen. It was very hot, could only put legs in, Philip squirted cold water on us to help . Went for dinner , then back to the ryokan. Tatami and futons, tiny rice filled pillows.
