This morning, once again, we woke up to a white snowy wonderland. We had a delicious Japanese breakfast of salmon, rice, miso soup, and a tofu, which filled prepped us for the day of snowboarding ahead. After breakfast, we got on the bus and headed to the slopes. After a long nights rest, we woke up to a completely white winter wonderland. The amount of snowfall that collected through the night was insane and it still continued to snow. We were served a delicious breakfast of chicken quiche, potato rosti, fruit, bread rolls, salad, and some orange juice and tea. ... short practice runs walking up the end of a beginner course. Near to the end of our time when I began to gain more confidence on my snowboard. I managed to sneak in 2 full runs of the 'edelweiss', which was a gentle beginner course that was slightly long. The sunset at around 4pm was absolutely breathtaking and by 5 when the ski lifts were closed, the sky was completely pitched black.
