      ... please"), will trigger a "sugoii" ("amazing!"), or "Nihongo jyouuzu desu" (good at Japanese). This makes it so enjoyable and fun for me to speak Japanese! I already feel like my Japanese has improved so much and am really looking forward to learning from teachers in my schools. There is no better way to learn and challenge myself!

      ... a viewpoint, so had expected something at least mildly strenuous. What we got was a 10 minute stroll to a tower from which you could just about see the Sea of Japan. On the plus side, there was a small bamboo forest that was considerably quieter than the one in Kyoto, albeit with considerably less bamboo too!       ... of sashimi and a huge plate of cooked Matuba crab with vinegar to dip it into. The crab was absolutely out of this world, I can understand why it is so highly regarded. Our first course/sitting concluded (purely based on the order that we ate it) with a delicious seafood soup, overflowing with prawns, clams, scallops and fish.       ... nice. There was a few bits I didn't eat but we had a hot soup still heated by a candle so I put my sushi in that and it cooked it perfectly. Noel ate a raw prawn, not sure if you can do that but I'm sure we will find out tomorrow. The crab is massive like the ones in the aquarium yesterday. You get a stick and have to pull the meat out.
