    ... please"), will trigger a "sugoii" ("amazing!"), or "Nihongo jyouuzu desu" (good at Japanese). This makes it so enjoyable and fun for me to speak Japanese! I already feel like my Japanese has improved so much and am really looking forward to learning from teachers in my schools. There is no better way to learn and challenge myself!

    ... pink sweet with bean paste inside. This was followed with a crab soup that had about half a crab per person and was absolutely delicious. We were then given some Tajima beef with a ponzu dipping sauce. Once again, the beef was fantastic (and we hadn't even got to Kobe yet!).     ... that somehow looked enticing even in the gloom. For the next two days, our routine would consist almost exclusively of baths in the surrounding onsen and being waited on hand and foot, whilst being served elaborate Japanese feasts served in a traditional style.
