    Day two in Kinoskai started in much the same way as the first had finished - an elaborate meal, served to us in our room. Breakfast consisted of a piece of salmon, a soft boiled egg, some Japanese style fish cakes, some aubergine, tofu, rice and bizarrely two slices of brightly coloured Swiss roll!     ... you sit down and there is a mirror in front and then get back in to soak. It really was a great experience. I met Noel back outside and we headed to Goshonoyu bath.
