... were going mental. They still couldn't believe i was running haha. But having been in 6th place when the baton was exchanged i managed to overtake 3 guys (yes, get in!) and finish a respectable 3rd. The 1st place guy was fast. Really fast. ... to go wrong. It was not quite dusk when we arrived so once we had walked down to the canal the lanterns were just being lit. They float on the water and once it had become Dark they really made a very pretty display. It is a very popular festival and soon the walkway beside the canal was packed with people all stopping to take photos and jostling for the best positions. Sunday after church we went to the chocolate factory. We started the tour walking through things like the hot chocolate cup room and seeing old chocolate boxes. You do eventually get to a point where you can look down into the factory where they make their famous cookies that have a layer of white chocolate in the middle.
