After that amazing meal and present we returned to our room where I enjoyed our private out door spring. I'll remind you that it is currently snowing here. It is negative degrees our of the sprint and very very positive in the water. What an amazing day today was.

Well it's Australia Day today as we begin our journey home via a couple of days thawing out in Kuala Lumpur. We have had another amazing time in Japan with 12 snowboarding days all up and several sightseeing days at the beginning of it. ... enough to have the classic siting of the kamoshika on a knoll staring at us. As it was getting warmer, no time was wasted getting out of the steep areas. Finally, we did a variety of skiing skinned and unskinned, and survived the "luge run" a skinny slightly icy track out to the road where taxi pick up is common. And now a word or two about the Kamoshika or Japanese Serow. They are the national symbol of Japan and are preserved. They were being threatened but now ...

... to the hospital around 6 for the night shift and I came back to the kids. We went out to a Korean restaurant for dinner that was very funky. You places your order into a computer at your table and then BBQ your own meat at the table. So I guess you could say that I cooked dinner ...
