My wish for snow had been fulfilled, and I'd eaten well and spent lots of time in very hot water, so my only remaining desire was to see a monkey in the wild. Sadly, it was not to be. Though I sat by the window and kept my eyes wide open all the way through the postcard-perfect winter mountains, I saw no monkeys. M-P, however, did; you'll have to ask her what a monkey in a snowy tree looks like.
Our last week of work consisted mainly of getting wood from the farm, bringing it back to Obuse, and cutting it up. We enjoyed this work. We got to use a bunch of power tools which is always fun, and work outside. We also got to go to the farm which was always a welcome ...
Today was a day off from work. It is currently +4 C here! So beautiful and sunny that I had to take my ********** and roll up my shirt sleeves! It is a nice break from the snow, but there is more in the forecast for the evening. I have posted some pictures of random things that haven't made their way on to the blog yet. Enjoy!
