      ... and would love to share and they have plenty of room so no driving they were a hoot especially Ellen, Pete and Rob you would love them. Another lady Michele from Coogee well what fun she was and so many stories to tell. It was hard to get a word in sometimes, just like when I'm with Pete and Rob lol. Also I have been invited on a small cruiser to sail around the Caribbean for a week, now what will I choose next hmmmmmm ...

      ... via Osaka station where we have been picked up by Shoji Hata, He was 25 years ago in Switzerland with his family and we have spent some time together then. We wanted to see him and his family and as it was Obon week, all of them have been at home

      It was a fun evening at the hotel, where his wife is working in Accounting and we have been eating a great meal and chatted until very late

      We didn't spend much time sightseeing in Osaka but hopped a train north to our next destination (after stopping for a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and making ourselves sick on the sugar). Having been to our next farm already a few years ago during my first round the world adventure, I was really looking forward to seeing some friendly faces again...I was not disappointed. We went to see the fishermen coming back with fishes, varying from very small to as big as 1 meter and octopuses too, though they we're not very big.       After another early wake up call and quick breakfast, we're off to Amanohashidate (easy for Japanese to say so I'm going to call it Amano for short), which lies north of today's port. Our port is actually in Maizuru so our destination to Amano consisted of a short bus ride to the train station, and then an hour train ride to Amano.
