The highlight is definitely the sake testing. The non premium sake tasting Is free. The few premium sake they do charge a nominal fee. For 150 yen, I tasted a full to the brim cup of the most expensive premium sake. Which we eventually bought. Think it was about 5940 yen. Ate at the Japan Michelin Guide 2012 restaurant - the Uni (sea urchin) don set. It was filled with a lot of uni indeed. Very fresh and texture quite unlike the usual chilled/ frozen variety I get back home in the standard Japanese restaurant. But to be fair, not many places can boast uni picked from the beach "next door".
