Today is our last day in Niseko before we fly back to Tokyo for an overnight stay before flying on to Fukuoka.

I went for a short but tiring run (I think my fitness is decreasing).

Other than that we all spent the day in the apartment.

More lazy days in our cosy Japanese apartment. We better make the most if it before home reality arrives very soon.

Noah didn't even leave the house. Pete dropped the car back early morning and Wes and I went for a walk to the supermarket for dinner supplies.

Summer Niseko is beautiful but looking at the ski runs all day only makes you long for winter Niseko…it is time to move on....for ...

Both Pete and I had a terrible sleep last night, maybe the jetlag has kicked in. Is that possible 5 days later?

Pete ended up going for a morning walk watching the sunrise over the volcano around 5am.

I went for a run just after 6am. Exercise complete.

A terrible, terrible run down the road for me. I would like to try and blame it on the altitude but I don't think we are really that high here on the bottom of the mountain….just unfit.
