... got super keen and got one of the first lifts up, but along with the snow its super windy. Most of the snow was blown off the grromers, and because of the wind none of the top lifts are open so it's difficult to get anything. I called it quits after one run, and I am having a fairly chilled day. I may head up after lunch to see what it's like.

... we board a coach. It's pretty busy with a mix of locals and foreigners like us. Scenery is amazing. Stop at roadhouse and grab some chicken skewers and potato stick. Love the chicken!! Arrive at airport about 3 hours before our flight. Check in then head out to carpark for some last breaths of cold Japanese air. Buy Royce Chocolate with my last ¥3,000. ... head out. We don't get on our first lift until 11:30am. Probably the latest I have ever started a day in the snow. Max and I head straight to the peak and Alex goes to the Village / Hilton area. I'm buggered, so before I went to bed last night I declared a Sunday sleep in was in order. Still wake up before 7am but am very slow to get going.
