    ... come along and rip it to shreds. Unfortunately, his board was nowhere to be seen and although he avoided destroying a $2000 kite neither Nick or I could find his board. Oh well, this is pretty common when learning to ride in the waves and I assured him that we all lose boards every now and then. It's just part of the experience.     ... 9;)- For me, this place likes the kingdom of Onsen. There are many comforts to relax my body and I really liked that.

    There are my suggestion to person who want to try onsen

    - Now, a lots of onsen are separate by male and female. Don't scare and try it.

    - if you're hungry, there are a lot of food that you should try.

    ... where we got the Shinkansen back to Kyoto. We jumped on the first train which turned out to be a super high speed service that our rail pass did not cover - however the ticket inspector let us off - this once. We explored more of the shops at the centre at Kyoto station and had a Korean dinner there. It was still pouring so we did not fancy venturing out in the torrential rain.     ... The castle is on the small side (when compared to other castles) and yet it's beautiful, but the area around it is even more. Pity everything was mostly in Japanese, I would have liked to read more about it.
