It only took us about 5 minutes to ski down most of the mountain, but then about another 2 hours to ski out of the backcountry, an experience that we all found a little tiring and frustrating at times, but also incredibly beautiful. Moved into my full time accomodation mid-week. So far there is just myself and an Aussie guy called Nick here. It's pretty daunting as the house is so big but there ...

... to spend the day here learning new tricks.

After 3 hours or so I decided to get something to eat. The restaurant was very warm inside and I needed to take off most of my ski gear in order to be comfortable. I ordered a plate of vegies and a steak medium rare. It was a great meal and I felt tired afterwards.

Two more hours passed and I tried out all the runs available. I felt it was ...
