      ... de Karuizawa. L'eau coule en filets, des gens l'appellent la cascade des nouilles ou qque chose comme ça. Après on est allé manger dans un resto italien réputé du coin. Ça sentait l'ail en entrant donc j'ai eu envie de prendre qque chose a l'ail. En dait tout contenait de l'ail, même la salade. Pour accompagner les pâtes et salade, j'ai pris un thé roses rouges ...

      ... just rinsed themselves off and then went to soak in the onsen. I tried not to look at but I had to see what the normal protocol was. I went in to soak in the onsen for a few minutes and then came out again and had another shower. It did feel good but I don't think I could do it if it was a full of other people.

      Nagano and Matsumoto

      ... museum(free entry with castle ticket) which had some decent samurai armour, swords and guns. I then had a wander around Matsumoto which like Nagano moves at a much slower pace than Tokyo and for that reason has a much more relaxed feel.

      I then headed back to my hostel in Nagano and had a rest ahead of visiting mt fuji tomorrow and the 4 hour train journey.

      ... documentaries. As I approached the onsen, the Macaques were staggeringly comfortable with human presence as they scurried past my ankles as I crossed the small bridge to the main pool. This allowed for some great up close photo opportunities.
