... Eventually Roswell, is it just the alien that supposedly was found close by in 1947 that made so many hotels decide to build here? There are loads, many of them fully booked which seems a bit weird but the Days Inn is fine. ... that I'm obviously not going to solve this mystery today so head out to Toddzilla's Mobile Restaurant (#1 in Roswell according to Tripadvisor) for my first hamburger since I left New York. It's a rather messy concoction with grilled jalapeno's and lots of cheese and the most memorable thing about it is that the chef himself uses a megaphone to announce when your order is ready and likes to scribble a personal message on the box.
