Our hotel in Hangzhou is a traditional Chinese garden hotel - so quiet and peaceful. The breakfast room was along a lake with swans and ducks and colorful flowers. Once we visited the monastery we headed to visit the main site which is the Lingyin Si temple. Founded in 326 the temple once housed 3,000 monks in more than 70 different halls.
