... next couple of nights. Called The Pommy Tree, it is located in a suburb called Evatt. If you have a car, then it is a great accommodation option – there is a swimming pool & gym for guest use and a comfy communal lounge/ kitchen area. There are also loads of seating areas outside in the garden where you can relax too. The owners, Debbie and Mark, emigrated from Cheshire several years ago. ... of NAIDOC Week there were a whole heap of extra activities going on which was great for the kids. There were some highlights – mainly the Wiggles shirts, the pig with two bodies and the Circa moving cinema.

From the museum it was on to the War Memorial. Students were given a lot of time to go around the memorial and see the different exhibits. Unfortunately the World War One Gallery is still closed for the renovations in time for the century ...
