We slept well and woke around 8am. The day was glorious and not too hot yet, so we grabbed some breakfast at Ricks (well Josh did, I had a banana - food of champions!) and head to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. So we carried on to Baker. The gateway to Death Valley and 90 miles from Las Vegas....and only one motel open which stank of mucky water and cheap bleach. We walked ...

... dunes. Somehow, Stuart convinced Rachel to walk to the top of the highest dune which was exhausting and took us a 2 hour round trip to get there. The views from the top were good though.

We then headed to Barstow where we are spending the night before driving to Vegas to meet Tara and ...
