... dry off before the next part of the tour - journey behind the falls which is exactly that. The best part is walking out alongside the falls but again your quickly in for a soaking. The last part is Niagaras fury which is a 4D movie type ride which explains how the falls were created. As this creation involves water you get sprayed every couple of seconds! As we were already pretty wet it didn't really matter. The highlight of the day came when we visited ...

... we set off to Niagara on the Lake. The ride along the river was BEAUTIFUL!!!! It was all farms and vinyards on one side, with the lake on the other.... and it was quiet. Finally.... quiet. We stopped off in a park and had a picnic lunch, stopped again at a vineyard which is THE award winning winery for icewine and tried some icewine slushies. We went all the way down to the Niagara River and its crazy rapids right along a rock. One slip and who knows ...

... to Niagara she and my father had done, but I never thought we'd have the time. However, on finding out that it was so much cheaper to stay an extra night than fly back as soon as we'd finished the interviews, there was only one thought that crossed my mind - we'd have an opportunity to see the Falls. And with all their work now safely in the bag, Alex and Paul felt the same way too.
