    ... our ponchos and off we go onto the boat. We soon took our ponchos off as they were a pain to deal with because of the wind and they were starting to rip. Geoff decided not to bring his good camera, he still has the underwater one and a normal one. We start off happy snapping as we do, then we get closer to the water fall. I soon put my camera away as it’s like walking in heavy rain. Our pants are soaked but it was fantastic.

    Lots of other stuff, of course, and there weren't that many kids, so some of the re-enactory-y people were able to chat about their particular building, occupation or whatever in between hordes of snotty nosed groups. The usual sorts of things - the Blacksmith, Carpenter/Cooper, Officer's Cook and more.
