Beaucoup de route aujourd'hui. De Las Vegas à Walnut Canyon, en passant par Kingman, Seligman, Ash Fork et Flagstaff, le tout pour retourner à Williams. Salimos de Las vegas en sobre las 11 en dirección Williams, un pueblecito a 80 km del Grand Canyon en plena Ruta 66.
Por el camino, hemos pasado por la presa "Hoover Dam", en la frontera entre el estado de Nevada y Arizona, una de las mayores del mundo, donde se rodaron escenas de la película Superman.

To save a bit of money after the expense of dinner last night and to cross two more things off our wish lists, we had our corn dogs and milkshake at the Dairy Queen take-away. We even took two and one more respectively back to our room.
What another excellent day - rounded-off with treats too.

Death valley, Vegas, grand canyon and route 66
... come across a massive long hole in the ground some thousands is feet deep and wide! Seriously would have sucked for the person who first found it should they have wanted to cross it! So it was a late drive back to Williams and just chilling in the hotel for the morning of independence day before we make the drive back to Vegas to stay at the Bellagio. The morning started by watching the Grand Canyon express train head off from Williams before we drove back to Vegas. ...
