    Ah what an awesome birthday. Lovely river cruise to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary where I lived the dream and stood in line to hold that little koala...I think it's name was Kobi. You're supposed to remember stuff like this right? Then of course I had an afternoon nap as it was 33 degrees here today and I just felt listless!     ... Mamminos ice-cream factory for the difficult choice of which flavour to have as they had them all there and some specials. We ate them in their "ice cream consumption area" surrounded by sugar cane fields with beautiful bright red volcanic soil. Next stop was Childers which is the nearest town to Woodgate 38km away.
