... This afternoon we did one last visit into the city. A late lunch at Drugin Park in Quincey Market area. Then a visit to a new kids book/toy store to look around. Then finally to watch the light display and Irish Step Dancers. All exhausted to headed back to the hotel. Baths and bed for the kids, finished packing for the adults. Up early ...

... meal and some veggie/fruit juice with all the goodness my body craved. The rest of the night flew by me as I kept exploring and made the trek home, and with an early start to get to my plane on time, I had touched down at Newark Airport, New Jersey before lunch time...back in the buzz again. It is my final day in NYC before I head off to Los Angeles on Friday to start my 8 day tour up to San Fransisco.....more tales to follow ...

... on the R1 with a main stop in Stonington on the coast - old houses and a visit to the lighthouse. Stonington was subject to a naval attack by the Brits in1814 in the 1812- 14 war!
