... side we are staying in an absolute hell hole. I’ve written about this before but every time we come to one of these places I feel unsafe. The people here are scumbags and/or Mexican. The room itself was actually quite nice, it looks like it can be used as an Alan Partridge style temporary residence. It looks out onto the absolutely awful dumping ground car park below.

... Trucks struggling and brakes heating up on the downhill- escape lanes to slow down when the brakes failed. Loads of interesting rocks for James- I don't understand why but his i pad mini seemed more interesting......

Today we leave on vacation! Tom Delaney is going to be at our house at 6:15 a.m.; we'll leave the house at 6:30. That's the plan, anyway.
