    We finished our last locks of the trip! Yahoo!
    We stayed at the Troy public docks and walked the city area. It was hopping with many people beginning their weekend celebrations and lots of outdoor restaurants were full of diners enjoying the warm summer night.

    ... But, we survived!

    Got to very picturesque Bennington, VT at about 1545 hours. Sunny and nice out. Beautiful day all around. Had about 2 seconds worth of sprinkles near Rochester, NY, but that was it!

    Off to Ramunto's Pizza and Pub for an early dinner, since we did not stop for lunch.

    547 miles for me today, on about 2 hours of sleep. Road weary for sure!

    Some frustrating news today: Mike’s semi broke down on the way here so he and Lamount were at the side of the road for a good part of the day. It looks like they’re going to need a new trailer so they won’t be in the show the next couple of days while they work out getting back on the road. We jump to NE Pennsylvania on Monday so I hope they’re able to get it done before ...

    ... That said, superslabs proved quite useful in navigating around some of the more populated areas. There are few things more miserable than being stuck in rural sprawl gridlock when it's 86, sunny and on a bike.   A couple other items of note:

    •  went one exit, went home to get oil this morning. Boxers burn oil.
    • GPS fuse got tripped when I loctited the battery screws. Ended up having to fix that at a gas station in PA.
    • Brake failure ...
