    ... lower falls and the Valley which is quite spectacular. If you go, it is worth making it around the south rim to Artist Point. There is a reason for the name.

    On the way out of the park we saw...yes more Bison and a few deers and all agreed is was a great couple of days in Yellowstone. We found a good coffee place after dinner and the girls were happy to finish the evening with ice-cream.

    ... Delaware and Rhode Island combined and has five entrances. Coming from the east, we entered via the eastern gate, and, per Lulu's planning, traveled along Yellow Stone Lake north toward the northern entrance, which puts you in Montana, our 23rd state this trip.

I ended up HAVING to drive a long way and very slowly because of animals. mostly, I was concerned with Elk, deer and bears...but, of course there are many other possibilities where animals roam safely! After being delayed by road construction (at 11 PM!!) I ended up being the lead car of about a dozen of us...I drove the speed limit of 35-45 MPH or less a lot of times. My eyes were strained ...
