... beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't spot Yogi and Boo-boo. We forgot to bring them a picnic basket I guess. But we had two Buffalo encounters. Both times they were grazing road side in pairs.

We made our way to 'Old Faithful' first as our time was limited in the park.

... We were at risk of missing our flight, so went with it. We are proud to report 1) we survived and 2) we looked like locals checking in for our flight. There were only a few other groups there. The water was cold, but it felt good because it was 85 degrees out.

After a bit, we proceeded on the path 0.8 mile to Imperial Geyser. Orange algae lines a hot creek alongside part of this path. Imperial Geyser erupts almost ...

... activity, and of course, wildlife! Initially we planned to hike this afternoon, but some very large, dark clouds changed our minds. Instead, we ended up driving the "big loop" around the park. Took about 9 hours, which included a few quick stops for museums & sites, a sit down dinner, and of course a few stops to watch & take pictures of critters. Today we saw buffalo (finally!), elk, deer, two marmots, a black bear, a ...
