... Just ask the people in California and Arizona who is helping the economy to stay afloat. We aren't taking any of their jobs away, we spend all of our money in their shops, grocery stores and service industry for up to six months, we pay for our own health insurance and pay their state taxes on everything we buy.

... rooted but yielding, able to take on whatever comes my way. That said, only a fool wakes a tiger without caution and trepidation. I remind myself that I can still be humbled. China will most certainly humble me. With it's sheer size, rich culture, unfathomable crowds, intense contrast of modern and traditional, and constantly moving energy, energy, energy, China is a force to be reckoned with.
