Got interviewed at Grant Pass Chamber of Commerce then off to Crater Lake. This place left me speechless. Incredibly Blue Lake. Stayed for ages then rode up to Eugene to stay at Kory's place, another Couch Surfing host. His house mate and him cooked me some dinner and we stayed up drinking and listening to Derek and the Dominoes. Very cool people.

... in waiting...now, with my departure date looming only a few days away, it pounces. Even though I've known about this trip for the past five months, it's suddenly upon me and I feel alarmingly unprepared.
