... thrill and steal of the trip!!

I figured Dick and Jean would probably still be in town, so I called them...at the ACE Hardware Store a few blocks away. I told them to come over to the town square because I had a story to tell and something to show them. They came, loved the story, the price, and the cranes!

BTW, no photos...but be sure to come over and see the cranes when I get home!

As much as I tried to get some good pictures, you have to see them with your own eyes to really grasp how beautiful they are. Our Ranger guide turned off the lights for awhile so that we could ...

... the grounds explaining what everything is. I take some pictures. Walk around some more. Then sun won't set for a while still. Walk some more and take more pictures. The sun sets and I have a lot more pictures to add to my folio. After supper I write one of my overdue blog entries. Around 9 PM I go and lay down on a picnic table to view the stars. The moon won't rise until after midnight. It is so dark I can't even see my outstretched hand. The stars are magnificent. ...
