The Billy The Kid Museum ( (see: www.billythekidmuseumfortsumner.com) is located in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, on Highway 60-84, 2 miles east of downtown and we just had to go there!

Still the museum is one of the most complete museums in the Southwest and features relics of the historic past as well as many Billy the Kid's items. The museum appeals ...

All of ...

Me: "Oh...look at the Shetland ponies!" Sherry: "Ummm, those are goats, Cyndi." Sherry and me...hysterical laughter! (Hey, they were far away!) 5 miles down the road, Booker says, "Where? I don't see them!" More ...

... it freezes and dies. I realized yesterday that if I set my phone alarm and put it in my sleeping bag, I can't hear it and it rings until it gives up. So for now, I'm trying to go to bed earlier as my wakeup strategy. Today it worked pretty well.

I got into Roswell yesterday around 4 pm. My first stop was what I thought was a space museum, but turned out to be a kitchy tourist shop with a black-light space walk-through. Turned out to be SO ...
