      ... Hill resort near Edmonton, the day when it was minus 30 degrees but beautifully sunny. In that such a cold day, hardly anybody wants to go out, nor skiing at all, so the ski hill was practically empty. However, we did ski , and we enjoyed it very much.       Today was a great day for Leduc. It started off with a parade at 10, then on to the Country Idol competition. I guess I should mention that it's also a Rodeo. I guess, really, it's a rodeo with a country music singing competition. I prefer to think it's the other way around. The parade was fun, with lots of horses and a few floats.
