NZ North Island - Auckland to Wellington
... back down through lush forests and past the still active volcano that last erupted in August 2012. It was pretty cool to still see smoke smoldering out of the top of it. I'd definitely recommend this trek and I would love to do it again. On they way out of Taupo we visited the Te Puia geothermal reserve were we saw the native NZ bird, the Kiwi. Funny little animals! And also saw some geothermal pulls bubbling with water, heat and steam. Stop 5 - River Valley Well ...

... our epic day of walking up and down hills, and getting lost betwen about 3 buildings and a carpark (Esky's directional skills coming into play again..I eventually rescued us from the back alley nature of this place and found civilisation again)! Dinner was incredible! We went to a place called Mother's kitchen which was pretty much a mexican/creole theme...I had veggie enchiladas followed by a HUGE piece of rhubarb and strawberry pie...bursting point was almost ...

... das gleiche macht wie diese Firma. Adams Aufmerksamkeit war erlangt. An seinem Schreibtisch zeigte ich ihm die Website von „Herbert Held KG“. Er war beeindruckt. Am Ende erzählte ich ihm, dass ich Dir, Papa, darüber erzählte und ihr in vielleicht Euch in Verbindung setzten könntet. Adam ist sehr interessiert.
